Sidney Health Center is committed to being your total healthcare facility by providing a continuum of care from birth to end-of-life. To fulfill that promise, Sidney Health Center provides the following programs and services.
Services of Sidney Health Center
Clinic Pharmacy
The Clinic Pharmacy is located just inside the main entrance to Sidney Health Center and provides quick and easy pharmaceutical services for residents of Richland County, including patients at ROI and The Lodge.
Extended Care
Sidney Health Center Extended Care is a long-term care facility that offers skilled nursing, intermediate care, respite and short stays, rehabilitation, adult day service, and specialized dementia care. Through quality nursing care, activities, self-improvement and friendships, Extended Care proves there is more to aging than growing old.
Acute Care
The Acute Care facility at Sidney Health Center is licensed for 25 critical access beds. These beds are for short-term medical treatment, usually for patients suffering from an acute illness, injury, or recovering from surgery.
Emergency Department
The Emergency Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is staffed with a team of board-certified physicians, nurses and clinical staff, who are trained in emergency care.. The Emergency Department provides medical care necessary to treat a sudden illness or injury that is life threatening.
Sidney Health Center Clinic
The Clinic is attached to Sidney Health Center, allowing physicians and patients convenient access to the hospital. Thirty-three physicians offer services including emergency medicine, family medicine, hospital care, internal medicine, interventional pain management, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, ENT, podiatric medicine, oncology, aesthetic medicine, pathology, and radiology. In addition, five nurse practitioners, five physician assistants, three nurse anesthetists and an audiologist compliment the medical staff and round out the team.
Cancer Care
Sidney Health Center Cancer Care services are centralized in one-convenient location. Cancer Care services include chemotherapy and IV therapy and radiation therapy using TomoTherapy technology.
Community Services of Sidney Health Center
Foundation for Community Care
The Foundation for Community Care is a non-profit organization that strives to ensure continuity and excellent quality of local health and medical care. The Foundation raises funds to support Sidney Health Center as well as other health and medical care needs in the area. The downtown office is located at 221 2nd Street Northwest in Sidney. Good Cents Store
The Good Cents Store is a second-hand retail store that is staffed by volunteers. The proceeds generated from sales at the Good Cents Store benefit patient/resident care at Sidney Health Center. The store is located at the end of East Main in Sidney. Store hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Richland County Ambulance Service
The Richland County Ambulance Service is made up of volunteer EMTs and serves Richland County and the surrounding areas.
Caring Corner Gift Shop
The Caring Corner is a retail gift shop that was established in 1984 by Kay Ashcraft. Proceeds from the Caring Corner Gift Shop are used to benefit patient/resident care at Sidney Health Center. The shop is regularly staffed by volunteers Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Outreach Services of Sidney Health Center
MonDak Family Clinic
The MonDak Family Clinic is an outreach service of Sidney Health Center that provides medical services to Fairview, Montana. Located at 304 South Ellery Avenue in Fairview, the clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to Noon.
Home and Community Care
Sidney Health Center's Home and Community Care Services provide a comprehensive range of in-home healthcare options, designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our services, including Patient Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Personal Assistance, Visiting Nurse Services, and End-of-Life Comfort Care, are customized to meet the unique needs of each individual with compassion and professionalism.

The Lodge at Lone Tree Creek
The Lodge is an assisted living facility for seniors that provides assistance with daily living activities, meals, snacks, activities, transportation, medication assistance, and concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance services. HealthWorks
HealthWorks, a fitness center that is managed by Sidney Health Center, offers expanded services, including exercise classes, yoga, personal work-out programs, personal training, and a basketball court.
